CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy • Please cancel at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel with less notice, 50% of your service will be charged to the card on file. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled out of respect for other clients and your esthetician’s schedule. • Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. This must be paid before booking again. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small, independently run business.
